By accessing or using the Grabby mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Description of Service

Grabby is a price comparison platform that aggregates real-time pricing information from various quick commerce platforms in India, including but not limited to Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, and BigBasket.

We provide information services only. We do not sell products directly, process payments, or fulfill orders. All purchases are completed through the respective third-party platforms.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Price Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information:

• Prices are sourced from third-party platforms and may change without notice
• We are not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies
• Final prices are determined by the respective quick commerce platforms
• Availability and pricing are subject to the terms of each platform

Third-Party Services

Our App may contain links to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms
• Transactions completed on third-party platforms
• Product quality, delivery, or customer service from third parties
• Disputes between you and third-party platforms

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grabby Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRABBY TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grabby Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
