Grabby is a price comparison platform that helps you find the best deals across quick commerce platforms in India. We are a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") that enables users to compare product availability, delivery time, and estimated prices across India’s quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart
We do not sell any products, process any payments, or manage any orders. All transactions occur directly on the platform chosen by the user.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our comparison and account services.

You may withdraw consent at any time through account settings or by emailing the Grievance Redressal Officer the details of whom are provided in the upcoming paragraphs of the Notice, though the withdrawal may limit access to certain app features.
5. Data Retention
- a. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and deleted within 90 days of deactivation.
- b. Search data and redirection analytics are retained only in aggregate, anonymized form.
- c. Cookies and temporary session data expire automatically when the session ends.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be disclosed only to:
- Service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, or ad networks) under strict confidentiality terms.
- Legal authorities, where required by law.
Important: When you click a redirect to a third-party quick commerce platform (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.), you leave our Service. Your purchase and data processing on those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not receive your order details from them.
7. International Data Transfers
At present, all data is stored on servers located within India. If any transfer outside India becomes necessary for example, for analytics or storage we will ensure compliance with DPDPA safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
8. Data Security
We adopt appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.These include access controls, encrypted storage, and routine security audits.
9. Children and Age-Restricted Use
Grabby is not intended for users under 18 years of age for certain categories (e.g., tobacco). An 18+ verification gate is implemented for such searches in compliance with COTPA and DPDPA.
10. Your Rights Under DPDPA
As a data principal, you have the following rights:
- a. Right to Access: Request a summary of your personal data processed by us.
- b. Right to Correction & Erasure: Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unnecessary data.
- c. Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for any processing at any time.
- d. Right to Grievance Redressal: Lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer.
