How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your Grabby account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to contact@grabby.co.in from your registered email address.

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Once we receive your request, our team will process it and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What happens after deletion?

When your account is deleted:

Your profile information (name, email, phone number) will be permanently removed from our databases.
All your saved items, addresses and history will be deleted.
You will no longer be able to log in to the Grabby app with that account.
This action is irreversible. If you wish to use Grabby again, you will need to create a new account.
